As a courtesy to our customers, we currently offer free standard shipping on all area rugs purchased through our website. We ship to anywhere in the continental United States, excluding AK and HI. Deliveries cannot be made to a PO BOX or APO/FPO address. An email confirmation will be sent to you with your tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. If you live outside the USA or would like Express shipping, please call our Customer Support Team at (703) 370-3902 or email heratoriental@gmail.com and we will assist you with your order.
Return Policy:
We accept exchanges only. If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at (703) 370-3902, Mon-Fri 9:30-5:00pm EST or Saturday 9:30-4:00pm EST or via email heratoriental@gmail.com. If you decide to return the rug for any other reason, we offer full exchange credit for a future purchase.
